See Jesus’ Grace and He Sees Your Faith

When she heard about Jesus, she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment. For she said, “If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well.” Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction.
Mark 5:27–29
See Jesus’ Grace and He Sees Your Faith
“I don’t think I have enough faith to be healed.”
My friend, it’s not for you to see how much faith you have. That’s God’s department. All you need to do is simply see how gracious God is toward you.
The woman with the issue of blood didn’t go around saying, “I must have faith. I must have faith…” No, she wasn’t conscious of her faith (or lack of it). She was conscious of Jesus and His goodness. How? She heard about Jesus. She must have heard all about His kindness toward the sick and oppressed, and how He healed and delivered them ALL.
She simply saw Jesus in His grace, and Jesus saw her faith and affirmed it—“Daughter, your faith has made you well.” Beloved, just focus on Jesus’ grace. See how He healed ALL without qualification and keep hearing of His goodness!

Blessed To Be Givers

The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you
shall not borrow.
Deuteronomy 28:12
Blessed To Be Givers
God blesses you and provides abundantly for you and your family so that you can always find yourself in a place to give and be a blessing.
He wants you to be a lender, rather than a borrower who is constantly struggling to pay off his debts, so that you can be a blessing to many.
My friend, keep looking to His finished work to provide for all your needs. Don’t succumb to the lure to borrow unwisely. Don’t take up easy credit loans which make available to you thousands of dollars (that are not yours) to spend, and then struggle just to pay off the high interest later. This will only take a toll on your peace of mind, health and family relationships.
Beloved, be wise. Look to Christ for your provision and by His grace be diligent in all that you do. You’ll be so blessed you can’t help but be a blessing!

God Rise You Up Even When You Falls

Meditate On
…though a righteous man falls seven times, he rises again…
Proverbs 24:16, NIV
You Can’t Keep A Man With God’s Favor Down
There are many times where the lowest points in your life are actually launching pads to God’s greatest promotion in your life. It was so for Joseph in the Bible!
If Joseph had not been betrayed by his brothers, he would not have been sold as a slave. If he had not been sold as a slave, he would not have been in Potiphar’s house. If he was not in Potiphar’s house, he would not have been thrown into an Egyptian prison meant specifically for the king’s prisoners. If he was not in that specific prison, he would not have interpreted the dreams of Pharaoh’s officers. If he had not interpreted their dreams, he would not have been summoned to interpret Pharaoh’s dream two years later. If he had not interpreted Pharaoh’s dream, Pharaoh would not have promoted Joseph to become his prime minister over the entire Egyptian empire!
God’s presence with Joseph and His unmerited favor caused Joseph to be promoted from the pit to the palace, from the dunghill to Capitol Hill, from the outhouse to the White House. So stop looking at your circumstances and stop allowing them to discourage you. The same Lord who was with Joseph is with you right now. You cannot fail! You can expect to see success beyond your present circumstances because of His unmerited favor!

God Will Never Be Angry With You

“For this is like the waters of Noah to Me; for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah would no longer cover the earth, so have I sworn that I would not be angry with you, nor rebuke you. For the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed, but My kindness shall not depart from you, nor shall My covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord, who has mercy on you.
Isaiah 54:9–10
God Will Never Be Angry With You
The good news of the gospel is that God will NEVER be angry with us. He only has to tell us this, but He wanted us to be so sure that He swore in His Word that He would never be angry with us again.
Today’s verses are from Isaiah 54, which is right after the famous messianic chapter of the sufferings of Christ in Isaiah 53. Therefore, Isaiah 54 is spelling out the triumphs and spoils of His sufferings.
Do you know why God will never be angry with us again? It is because of what Christ has accomplished for us! On the cross, God poured out all His anger on the body of His Son. Jesus exhausted all the fiery indignation of a holy God against all our sins. And because our sins have already been punished, God, who is a holy and just God, will not punish us today when we believe in what Christ has done. God’s holiness is now on your side. His righteousness is now for you, not against you. You are His beloved, in whom
He is well pleased because of Jesus’ finished work!
When you believe this truth, you will have the confidence to face every challenge with boldness, knowing that you have God’s unmerited favor on your side!

Pray The Prayer Of Jabez

Jabez was more honorable than his brothers. His mother had named him Jabez, saying, “I gave birth to him in pain.” Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, “Oh, that You would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let Your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.” And God granted his request.
1 Chronicles 4:9–10, NIV
Pray The Prayer Of Jabez!
There was once a boy named Sorrow. His mother gave him that name because she bore him in pain. You can imagine that with a name like that, it’s quite likely no one liked him.
So do you know what Sorrow, otherwise known as Jabez in the Old Testament, did? He called on the God of Israel to BLESS him! “Oh, that You would bless me and enlarge my territory…” That’s asking God for provision and increase. He also asked for God’s hand to be with him so that he would be blessed in all that he did and be protected from harm. God not only granted Jabez his request, but He also considered Jabez more honorable than his brothers!
As you meditate on the Word for today, do the honorable thing—ask the Lord to increase and enlarge the favor, wisdom, abilities and opportunities for growth you currently have to a whole new level. Ask Him for divine wisdom to protect you from making unwise decisions that could lead to painful consequences. God is waiting to grant your request!

Perfect Sacrifice, Perfect Forgiveness

And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses.
Colossians 2:13
Perfect Sacrifice, Perfect Forgiveness
God’s unmerited favor can propel you forward in your career even if you’re not the most qualified or experienced. But how can you be sure that you have God’s unmerited favor if you are not even sure if God has forgiven you of all your sins?
Beloved, I want you to know that your sins are forgiven not according to the riches of your good works, but according to the riches of God’s grace (unmerited favor). All your sins—past, present and future—have been forgiven. Colossians 2:13 states clearly that we have been forgiven of all our sins.
The high priests in the old covenant had to offer sacrifices for sins daily. But Jesus, our perfect new covenant High Priest, offered the complete, perfect sacrifice “once for all when He offered up Himself” (Hebrews 7:27). We have been forgiven once and for all!
Now that you know that your sin debt has been completely cleared and settled by Jesus on your behalf, expect to experience God’s unmerited favor daily. Thank Him for it every day and begin to walk in good success in every area of your life!

Are You Frustrating God’s Grace

I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
Galatians 2:21, KJV
Are You Frustrating God’s Grace?
Consider carefully what the apostle Paul is saying in today’s verse. He is effectively saying that if you are depending on your good works, your doing and your ability to keep perfectly the Ten Commandments to become righteous, then Jesus died for nothing! That’s what “in vain” means—for nothing!
So don’t frustrate the grace of God by depending on your good works to make yourself righteous and put God on your side. Jesus’ sacrifice is more than enough to make you righteous. And when you know that you are made righteous by Jesus’ work alone, regardless of your performance, you can be confident that God’s unmerited favor is on your side. You can expect good to happen to you today and every day!

Live Fear Free Life

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear…
1 John 4:18
Live Fear-Free In God’s Perfect Love
Whose “perfect love” is the apostle John talking about here? Is it our love for God and other people, or God’s love for us? My friend, John is talking about God’s love for us because only His love is perfect.
Why is a personal revelation of God’s perfect love for us so important? Because it’s the key to living life fear-free. The Bible uses the words “cast out” because you cannot psych or reason fear out of your life. You can’t suppress it and hope it goes away. Doing more to conquer your fears doesn’t cut it either. Fear has to be cast out, and the only way fear can be cast out is by exposing it to something more powerful.
Beloved, there is nothing more powerful in the whole universe than the perfect love of God. Today, especially when the enemy puts thoughts of fear in your mind, meditate on how the Father so loved you, He willingly gave up His only beloved Son to die for you (John 3:16). See how in the same way God willingly delivered up Jesus for you, He is right now, more than willing to heal you, protect you, provide for you and give you good success.
Today, because you are God’s beloved, nothing can ever separate you from His presence, His favor, His love and His help. Receive His perfect love today and begin to live life fear-free!

You Are Deeply Loved

Then Abraham lifted his eyes and looked, and there behind him was a ram caught in a thicket by its horns. So Abraham went and took the ram, and offered it up for a burnt offering instead of his son.
Genesis 22:13
You Are Deeply Loved!
God is a good God. He is a God of love. But we will never know how much He loves us until we know how much He loves Jesus, because He gave us Jesus, His beloved Son.
Do you remember the story of Abraham in Genesis 22? Abraham’s heart must have been broken when he led his one and only promised son, Isaac, up Mount Moriah to be sacrificed. But in the end, Isaac did not have to die because God provided a substitute—a ram.
The ram caught in the thicket was really a picture of Jesus, who would one day be arrested, and led up Mount Calvary to be crucified in our place for our sins.
My friend, God so loved His Son, but He so loved you too, that He was willing to give up His Son for you. That’s how much He loves you! And if God was willing to give you heaven’s best—Jesus—do you think that He will withhold anything good from you?

Go For Good Success

The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it.
Proverbs 10:22
Go For Good Success
God does not want you to just experience success in your life. He wants you to experience good success. Is there such a thing as “bad success”?
Yes there is and I am sure you have seen it yourself. There are people who have plenty of money, but their lives are scarred by one broken marriage after another. There are also people who are so busy with their careers that they no longer have time to put their kids to bed nor spend any quality time with them. Being a public success but a private failure is not good success at all!
Good success comes from the Lord. It is success that has no sorrow or grief added to it. So depend on Jesus’ unmerited favor to bring you to a place of good success. Don’t say, “I’ll do it my way!” Let Him do it. Let Him open the right doors and close the wrong ones. Let Him put you at the right place at the right time. Keep your eyes on Him and not the things you have or want. This will keep you walking in the kind of success that truly blesses you and makes you a blessing to others.
